OIL/LUBE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: Service automobiles, vans, trucks, and other automotive vehicles with lubricants and accessories. Collect payment for services and supplies. May lubricate vehicle, change motor oil, install antifreeze, or replace lights or other accessories, such as windshield wiper blades or fan belts. Also responsible for sales to customers.

SENIOR OIL/LUBE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:  Service automobiles, vans, trucks and other automotive vehicles with lubricants and accessories. Collect payment for services and supplies. May lubricate vehicle, change motor oil, install antifreeze, or replace lights or other accessories, such as windshield wiper blades or fan belts. Also responsible for sales to customers. Assist in supervision of oil/lube technicians in site manager’s absence.

OIL/LUBE SITE MANAGER

Job summary: Responsible for daily operations and profitability of oil/lube center. Manages people both directly and through supervisors.  Manages inventory and handles customer complaints as deemed appropriated by General Manager.  Assists in staffing and training for the oil/lube center.  Handles scheduling of all personnel.  Contributes to building of team environment.  Assists General Manager as needed.

Job Summary:  Responsible for overall operation and profitability of multiple oil/lube centers.  Develops people and fosters a team environment on an on-going basis.  Drives business by focusing on the customer's experience.  Responsible for physical appearance of site, equipment maintenance and supply inventories.  Understands and controls factors that contribute to (or take away from) the overall, short and long term profitability of the operation.

CAR WASH GENERAL MANAGER

Job Summary:Responsible for overall operation and profitability of multiple car wash sites. Develops people and fosters a team environment on an on-going basis. Drives business by focusing on the customer's experience. Responsible for physical appearance of site, equipment maintenance, and chemical and supply inventories. Understands and controls factors that contribute to (or take away from) the overall, short and long term profitability of the operation.

CAR WASH SITE MANAGER

Job Summary: Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility.  Manages people both directly and indirectly and through supervisors.  Manages inventory and handles customer complaints as deemed appropriate by the General Manager.  Assists in staffing and training for the car wash facility.  Handles scheduling for all car wash personnel.  Contributes to building of team environment.  Assists the General Manager as needed.

CAR WASH ATTENDANT

Job Summary: Vacuum, dry, window cleaning, dash and console cleaning and other vehicle cleaning, machinery and equipment cleaning. Use such materials as water, cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses. Must be able to stand for long periods.

CAR WASH CASHIER

Job Summary: (INDOOR JOB) Give fast, friendly customer service, operate cash register, and process payments, stock rack items in lobby, and pop popcorn. Involves use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment.

CAR WASH SALES CLERK

Job Summary:  (OUTDOOR JOB) Greet customers as they drive up. Explain wash services to customers, take customer's order and print a ticket. Involves use of electronic equipment. Must become knowledgeable in carwash services in order to increase sales. Must be able to stand for long periods.

CAR WASH GUIDER

Job Summary:  (OUTDOOR JOB) Stands at the entrance to the carwash tunnel and uses mostly hand signals to direct drivers onto the tunnel conveyor. Must be observant and able to spot potential problem vehicles. Involves use of electronic equipment. Must be able to stand for long periods.

B-QUIK STORE MANAGER

Job Summary:  Every shift at B-Quik is busy and involves a multitude of tasks.
B-Quik Site Managers may perform all the jobs listed under Clerk below and perform these additional tasks:

• Responsible for overall operation and profitability of their assigned B-Quik location
• Understands and controls factors that contribute to (or take away from) the overall, short and long term profitability of the operation
• Works in cooperation with and assists B-Quik General Managers as needed
• Responsible for physical appearance of site and equipment maintenance
• Responsible for the training and supervision of new employees
• Fosters a team environment on an on-going basis
• Manages people both directly and indirectly and through supervisors
• Handles scheduling for all B-Quik personnel
• Contacting vendors and ordering merchandise
• Manages inventory and handles customer complaints

B-QUIK TEAM LEADER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Summary:   Every shift at B-Quik is busy and involves a multitude of tasks.
B-Quik Assistant Managers may perform all the jobs listed under Clerk below and perform these additional tasks:

• Assist in the training and supervision of new employees
• Contributes to building of team environment
• Assists the General Manager as needed
• Handles customer complaints

B-QUIK TEAM MEMBER / CLERK

Job Summary:Every shift at B-Quik is busy and involves a multitude of tasks. A typical shift in the life of a B-Quik store team member might include any or all of the following jobs:

• Give fast, friendly customer service
• Brew coffee, clean fountain area
• Operate cash register, and process payments
• Wipe down gas pumps
• Check in vendors
• Restock cooler doors, freezers
• Sweep and mop floor
• Stock hot dog and taquito roller grills
• Put up warehouse order

• Clean and stock fountain drink module
• Clean rest rooms
• Attend store team meeting
