FAQ & Policies

Dress Code

All clothing must be clean and neatly pressed for all Benny’s employees.

Carwash employees will provide their own undergarments, solid black belt, black pants or shorts, OSHA-approved tennis shoes or work boots, black socks. Benny’s will provide each employee with one set of uniform shirts, one Benny’s hat, and one name tag. Pants or shorts may not have side-legged pockets, zippers, chains, and may not be denim material. Bottoms must have belt loops. Bottoms may not be inappropriately tight or loose and yoga pants/sweat pants are not permitted.

B-Quik employees will provide their own undergarments, solid black belt, black pants, OSHA-approved tennis shoes, and black socks. Appearance Policy

All Benny’s employees are required to follow a professional appearance policy. Benny’s does not allow visible tattoos, facial piercings, or cosmetic gold teeth (i.e. grills). Only traditional hairstyles are accepted.

Women must have their hair fastened neatly back away from their faces. Only natural hair colors are allowed. They may have solid color nail polish only and must keep nails trimmed and clean. Women are allowed to wear one pair of stud earrings, a wedding band, and a watch*.

Men are allowed to have well-groomed facial hair, that must not exceed 1/2″ and in accordance with the full facial hair policy is allowed. Only natural hair colors are allowed and must be trimmed shorter than collar length and not touch the eyebrows. Men must have fingernails trimmed to the tip of the finger and unpolished. Men are allowed to wear a wedding band and watch*.


*Watches are permitted based on safety procedures and may sometimes be required to be removed.

Starting Pay

  • Carwash attendants’ starting pay is $12/hr for full-time employees and $9-10/hr for part-time employees with limited availability.
  • Oil Bay entry-level positions start at $12/hr plus bonus opportunities.
  • B-Quik Retail Clerk starting pay is $14/hr for full-time employees with open availability and $12/hr for part-time employees or full-time employees with limited availability.
  • B-Quik Food Service’s starting pay is $15/hr for full-time employees.
  • Manager trainee starting pay is $15/hr.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

All Benny’s potential candidates for employment are required to complete a urine drug screen and Benny’s will run a comprehensive background check. Employment eligibility is based on these results according to preset guidelines.

Age Requirements

  • Car wash employees must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Oil Bay and B-Quik employees must be at least 18 years of age.

Referral Bonus Opportunities

All Benny’s employees are given the chance to receive bonuses for referring their friends to work with us at Benny’s. They may be hired at any location and for any position. Bonuses are up to $300/referral. Additional guidelines apply.
