Membership Terms & Conditions

Benny’s Club Membership benefits include unlimited car washes*, fuel discounts*, and oil change discounts for a monthly fee. Benny’s reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as necessary. *Wash services and fuel discounts are available every day up to two per day per account. Benny’s Fuel Saver plan includes only fuel discounts.  

The Benny’s Club Membership Policies

  • By enrolling in The Benny’s Club, you (the customer) agree that the credit card provided to us will be charged the monthly rate for your plan. You also agree to waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in this agreement, with your credit card issuer, or otherwise. You will be charged each month on the anniversary date of your club purchase. Purchases made on the last date of the month will self-adjust to the last date of following months. Benny’s Club membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. 

  • Limit one vehicle per membership. Only the vehicle listed is eligible for the program and must have the associated Benny’s tag/plate affixed to the vehicle. Membership may be transferred to a new or replacement vehicle. For temporary transfers such as to a rental, there is a $5 fee. Account is flagged after multiple transfers. Any attempt to utilize a membership for multiple vehicles will result in membership charges for the additional vehicles and/or termination without refund or credit. Member must notify Benny’s of any change in vehicle ownership.

  • As a Benny’s Club member, you agree to receive correspondence via email and/or text to the contact information provided to us at the time of membership enrollment.
  • You may cancel at any time and continue to utilize your membership through the end of your paid period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods, including days services are unavailable due to inclement weather or for maintenance.
  • UPGRADES: Exterior wash upgrades are available at all locations, and interior cleaning is available at all locations except Coursey & Denham. Each upgrade is a one-time purchase and will not be automatically applied to your monthly Membership fee. Members are responsible for paying the upgrade charge at the wash terminal before the service is rendered. To include unlimited interior cleaning, join our Best + Interior level.
  • FUEL DISCOUNTS: Fuel discounts are available to members at all B-Quik stores by entering the phone number associated with the membership.  
  • OIL CHANGE DISCOUNTS: Oil change discounts are available to members at any Benny’s oil bay by presenting the Gold Star under your Benny’s App> Wallet> Expand Loyalty ID. 

Membership Status Defined:

  • Active- Membership is active, and paid time has not yet expired. Membership benefits are all available for use. 
  • Suspended- Membership is paused, and benefits are not available. Paid time remaining will be credited back when the status is reactivated. This is helpful when member is vacationing or when vehicle is in the shop. 
  • Terminated- Membership is paid, but you do not wish to be auto-billed again. Once terminated, benefits are available through the end of the paid period. 
  • Declined- Membership was active, yet the auto–billing was unable to clear. Benefits are immediately unavailable until the account is paid and renewed.
